1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the judi4u website accessible at https://judi4u.run together with all services, games and features available on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the judi4u platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique profile registered by a user with a username and password to access the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of RM available in a user's account for the purpose of wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or incentives provided by the platform under specific promotions, subject to the wagering requirements set out.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount of bets that must be reached before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.

Any reference in the singular also includes the plural and vice versa, depending on the context of the sentence.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

judi4u services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering, users confirm that they meet all of these requirements.

• Users must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time.
• All information provided during registration — including full name, email address, mobile number and identity card number (MyKad) — must be truthful and accurate.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may cause delays in withdrawal processing.
• Registration or use of the platform from countries or regions that restrict online gambling is entirely the user's own responsibility.
• judi4u reserves the right to request users to submit identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.

Once an account has been successfully registered, users are advised to set a strong password and not share their login details with anyone. judi4u is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to the user's own failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the judi4u platform are processed using supported payment methods and are subject to the minimum limits set out.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen and internal verification approval.
• The account used for withdrawal must be in the same name as the registered judi4u account.
• Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will be rejected and may result in a security investigation being conducted.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirement being fully met first.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

judi4u offers various promotions for new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that should be understood before a claim is made.

Welcome Bonus: A new member's first deposit is eligible for a 100% bonus up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus received.

• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering required RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Second calculation example: Deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → balance RM3,200 → wagering required RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the requirements set out.
• judi4u reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or a breach of terms.
• A weekly VIP cashback programme is offered to members based on their membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%).
• Specific terms for each other promotion will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

judi4u reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. judi4u's decision on all matters relating to promotions is final.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the judi4u platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and horse racing — have their own rules that users must follow.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error confirmed by the judi4u team.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing game, judi4u reserves the right to void the round and return the wagered amount to the user's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Users are required to place bets using their own funds that have been deposited. Wagering using funds that are being processed for withdrawal is not permitted.
• judi4u reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any game or account at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the judi4u platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Submitting false information, fake documents, or using another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using bot software, automation scripts, or any third-party tools that manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or judi4u staff through any communication channel.
• Carrying out transactions intended to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk (known as "bonus abuse").

7. Account Closure and Suspension

judi4u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• A request from a relevant authority.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting judi4u customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures, subject to required verification.

As part of our responsible gambling commitment, users who wish to limit or stop their betting activity may apply for self-exclusion through our support team.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the judi4u platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, images, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of judi4u or its relevant licensors and is protected by international copyright law.

• Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from the platform without prior written consent from judi4u.
• The judi4u trade name, brand, and logo may not be used by any party without official authorisation.
• Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action by judi4u.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

The judi4u platform is provided on an "as is" basis and judi4u does not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions, inaccuracies, or errors.

• judi4u is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting outcomes, unless a technical error has been confirmed by our team.
• judi4u is not responsible for a user's inability to access the platform due to internet issues, device problems, or restrictions from internet service providers.
• Any claim against judi4u is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10. Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the platform after the amendment date is considered full acceptance of the latest version of the Terms & Conditions. Users who do not agree with the amendments have the right to close their account before the changes take effect.
